wow they destroyed so many historical buildings…

I’m guessing that a lot of those “historical” buildings were destroyed during a little thing called World War two.
You know. When every city over 100,000 people was firebombed.
If you’d like to be sad about old buildings being destroyed, visit Kyoto. A city untouched by the war, now completely destroyed by progress.
